“Our son has been at Destiny Haven for 2.5 years (has been attending since he was 1 year and will go until he goes to school). Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staffing has been consistent since he joined, with responsive key workers who meet us regularly throughout the year for updates.”

What our families say
Real feedback from parents who have trusted us with their children's early years.
“A beautiful, caring environment where children truly feel safe, supported, and loved. From the outside the building may not look particularly impressive, but once you step inside it is a completely different story – warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for the children.”
“Our son has been attending Destiny Haven for almost three years and he absolutely loves it! He has made great friends, he learns quite a lot and the staff are so welcoming and kind. They regularly keep in touch with us to provide information on how he is progressing and they also have days where parents can come to the nursery and see what the children do during their day. Would highly recommend this nursery to any parents with young children!”

Common questions
Destiny Haven is at 32 Clarendon Road, N8 0DJ, which is easily accessible from Noel Park. You can walk to us or take one of the many buses that run through the area: routes 121, 123, 141, 144, 184, 221, 230, 232, 29, 329, 41, and 67 all stop within 600 metres. The nursery is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, so there's flexibility around your working day.
Yes, we accept both 15 and 30 hours government funding. Families can combine funded hours with additional paid sessions if they need more flexibility, and we'll work with you to find a routine that suits your family.
We take children from 3 months old right through to 5 years. So whether you're returning to work after maternity leave or your child is heading off to school, we've got a place for them at the right stage.
Our Ofsted rating of Good means we're regularly checked and meet the standards expected. In practice, you'll see it in the consistency of our team, the qualifications they hold (we're led by a Qualified Early Years Teacher), their DBS checks and safeguarding training, and in how we communicate openly with you about what your child is doing. You'll never wonder what happened during the day because we show you.
Before your child starts, we'll have a chat with you so we understand your child and your family. The settling programme moves at your child's pace, never rushed. We typically run a 10-day programme, but if your child needs more time, we extend it at no extra cost. Your child gets a key person who becomes their familiar face, and we don't move on until they're genuinely happy. Come in for a visit and we'll talk through how we'd settle your son or daughter.
