Why join us
What makes us different as an employer
Values that actually show up at work
Our Christian ethos is not something we mention in an interview and then forget. It shapes how we speak to children, how we support parents, and how we treat our staff. If you are looking for a workplace where kindness and integrity are taken seriously, you will find that here.
Leadership with real depth
Our managers have between 15 and 30 years of experience in early years. They are not just line managers. They are practitioners who have done this work for a long time and know how to support a team properly.
SEND is central, not an afterthought
Every senior leader at Destiny Haven holds a SENCO or DSL qualification. If you want to develop your practice in inclusion and special educational needs, you will be working alongside people who take that specialism seriously.
Two settings, one team
Noel Park and Tottenham are sister nurseries. Staff know each other across both sites, cover each other, and grow together. It is a small organisation that feels like one community rather than two separate workplaces.
