Good to know
For any guidance on funding, please get in touch and we can help you understand and apply for all available support. To register, all you need is your funding eligibility code and National Insurance number, we take care of everything else, and apply the reduction to your invoice. We remind you each term when your code needs renewing and flag any issues before they affect your billing. If you are unsure about anything, we're more than happy to walk you through the eligibility check at any time. For families starting mid-term, we allocate funding from your start date, so you only pay for what you use.
Fees are billed monthly in advance, collected by Direct Debit, including tax free childcare accounts. Spreading fees across 12 equal payments means your cost stays consistent regardless of how many days fall in a given month. You will receive your invoice well in advance of each month. Any ad hoc sessions added during the month appear on the next invoice. Four weeks written notice is required to change your regular sessions.
