Why families choose us

Our approach

What makes Destiny Haven different is how we genuinely get to know each child. You'll have a dedicated key person who becomes familiar to your little one from day one, and we move at your child's pace through settling. It's not about ticking boxes or rushing through transitions. We're rooted in Haringey and founded on Christian values, which means we welcome every family and believe every child deserves to be truly seen and supported.

In practice

We're rated Good by Ofsted, we accept both 15 and 30 hours funded childcare, and we never rush settling. If your child needs longer to feel secure, we extend the programme at no extra cost. Our team is led by a Qualified Early Years Teacher, and we blend the EYFS curriculum with child-led play, forest school sessions, and specialist programmes like LEEP and Wellcomm so learning happens naturally through exploration and discovery.

What our families say

Real feedback from parents who have trusted us with their children's early years.

  • Our son has been at Destiny Haven for 2.5 years (has been attending since he was 1 year and will go until he goes to school). Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staffing has been consistent since he joined, with responsive key workers who meet us regularly throughout the year for updates.

    Lucy D.
  • A beautiful, caring environment where children truly feel safe, supported, and loved. From the outside the building may not look particularly impressive, but once you step inside it is a completely different story – warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for the children.

    Susanna R.
  • Our son has been attending Destiny Haven for almost three years and he absolutely loves it! He has made great friends, he learns quite a lot and the staff are so welcoming and kind. They regularly keep in touch with us to provide information on how he is progressing and they also have days where parents can come to the nursery and see what the children do during their day. Would highly recommend this nursery to any parents with young children!
