Founded in 2017, Destiny Haven Nursery & Pre-school was born from a personal experience of how good quality early years care and partnership with parents can change the future outcome of a child.
Our aim is to offer the best in resources, happy & stimulating environment, qualified staff and curriculum to welcome, value and nurture every child with due regard to their individual uniqueness demonstrating God’s love in action to everyone.

Susana
Nursery Manager / Senco / DSL – Tottenham
Susana has over 15 years experience in childcare, her passion is to give very child the best start for a bright future. She believes parents are a critical partners in child development and seeks to share knowledge with parents to help support their children through everyday activities. She specialises in providing rich and stimulating curriculum to nurture every child, while encouraging staff in continues professional development.

Loukia
Nursery Manager / Senco / DSL – Noel Park
Loukia has over 30 years of experience in childcare, working as a manager and SENCO. Her passion is to support children’s development through planning, team leadership and creating a safe, stimulating environment. She specialises in supporting children with additional needs and has a record of improving their outcome even in severe cases. Loukia has excellent leadership skills and loves to invest in her staff resulting in having 3 other fully trained Senco’s supporting children’s development in various ways.

Jacqueline has over 23 years of experience childcare, her expertise is in the area of Expressive Arts and Design. Her focus is geared towards the holistic well-being of every child, being able to help the child to discover and develop their natural and nurtured skills and abilities, and enjoy the journey. Jacqueline’s firm an consistent approach enables children to develop self discipline improving the quality of their learning experience.

Deputy Manager/ Senco/ ADSL – Noel Park
Shonel has over 20 years experience in childcare, she specialises in building secure attachment with her toddler group and very good at building children’s word bank and extending children’s vocabulary through everyday experiences. Her firm and nurturing approach help children become secured in their environment and quickly improving their learning and development.

Fahimeh has more than 20 years experience working with children, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge of their surroundings. She’s very passionate about learning new skills and techniques to help children with special needs.

I was so overwhelmed with the information that Sariah had learnt at nursery about black history. She was able to retain what she was taught and was able to articulate it back to me. She had told me about, what she had learnt about a particular black inventor, in which she had extended my knowledge, as I didn’t know who this person was or what they had achieved. I can see that Sariah is doing fantastic learning at nursery. She recently demonstrated to me that she is learning her phonics. Again, I am overwhelmed and extremely happy. “Stanley has been attending Destiny Haven nursery since he was 13 months old. We have always felt the nursery was a safe and nurturing environment and the staff have always been attentive and friendly. The communication in person and through the ‘Famly’ app has always made us feel that Stanley’s needs are being met. They have been very accommodating to support us when we have requested last minute ‘early starts’ or when I was incapacitated they brought Stanley home. This, I believe is a reflection on how generous and compassionate the organisation is as a whole.
