Loukia has over 30 years of experience in childcare, working as a manager and SENCO. Her passion is to support children's development through planning, team leadership and creating a safe, stimulating environment. She specialises in supporting children with additional needs and has a record of improving their outcome even in severe cases. Loukia has excellent leadership skills and loves to invest in her staff resulting in having 3 other fully trained Senco's supporting children development in various ways.
Qualifications:
- Levels 3 NVQ in Childcare, Learning and Development.
- Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading.
- Speech and Language support for 3-5s (RQF).
